Terms and Conditions: Please allow 5-8 days to process your order, as we are a small business working as fast as possible to dispatch your order. The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. 

Exchange Policy: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send us an email with your order number and the size you would like to exchange it for. You have 7 days, from the shipping confirmation delivery date of your order, to exchange the order. 

  • Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items and international orders). 
  • Final Sale Items include sale items and other items specifically listed on the individual product page as not returnable.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. A. MONIQUE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS AS RETURNS.


PLEASE NOTE we only exchange tops. One pieces and bottoms are not exchangeable due to sanitary reasons and quality control. The piece must be in the exact perfect condition as it was sent, otherwise the exchange will not be processed and we will have to send the piece back to you with an extra shipping fee that you will have to pay for.

If the item does not reach us safely, we will not be held responsible.

Post Office Packages:  All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. We ship to USA, Hawaii and Puerto Rico with an expected delivery time of 6-10 days. Priority and 2nd day Express shipping are available for another price range.
We are not responsible of lost or missing packages on the Post Office. Once we process your order, ship it to you on the mail, and it’s marked as delivered, you have to make sure to keep track of your order or directly contact the Post Office for your package information. Our system automatically processes every order with the exact billing address you estipulated on check-out.

 We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.  Make sure you are placing the correct address, as we can not change the address after the first 24 hours when placing the order. If you notice you’ve made a mistake during check-out, please send us an email as soon as possible to contact@amoniqueswim.com so that we can make the corresponding arrangements.

If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible to pay for the package to be sent again.
